Kataki Orchard would love to have you as a boarder. By choosing to board at the Orchard you will be making one of the best choices to start off your game play. First, I have over ten years of cyber-gaming experience which will help me help you. Also, the Orchard runs a small sized facility which allows me to pay a lot of personal attention to boarders. I answer all questions that you may have fast, and most of all I have excellent communication skills that will allow you to understand at all times what is expected of you as a Riata player. Kataki Orchard really caters to smaller enterprises: boarders who have only a handful of horses and possibly not anticipating expansion. The Orchard currently houses four 22-stall barns (88 stalls total) and ten pastures (which hold 5-10 horses each).
Kataki Orchard is also a convenient place to board. The Orchard is settled in Palmdale, California which is approximately 45 minutes northeast of Los Angeles. Centrally located in the world, the Orchard's location offers easy traveling to all the shows in North America as well as easy flight access for shows in Australia. More convenience is the ability to host your own shows as well. While boarding at the Orchard all the show facilities are open to your use for no extra charge.
Kataki Orchard is a competition barn. As such the atmosphere is one of love and admiration for our equine companions. Although I value competition, I also value the care that is given to every equine on the property, no matter if it is on vacation or under a strict training regimen. When choosing to board at the Orchard you should know that this is a very active place, but also filled with compassion and understanding. No matter if you have one horse or twenty, Kataki is the place to be.
Board is $200 per stall per month. This price takes into consideration all the costs that a new player will incur such as show fees, travel expenses, health costs, and of course purchasing new horses. This is also a very realistic price for the surrounding high-desert area of Palmdale, California. With this fee you are welcome to have your own turnout schedule and use of all the training facilities. Your feed and bedding is included in this price and there is no additional charge for the use of pastures, paddocks, or the training facilities. There is no change in price once you desire to open a mini-barn.
Take a look around before you decide. You may also want to email current boarders to see how they like it here. Both practices are highly recommended by me so that you feel more comfortable choosing Kataki Orchard as a place to board.

My
goal and passion in Rata is to produce successful racehorses and eventers. I
hope to make a prestigious breeding program with my thoroughbreds, I am really
into bloodlines and the discipline of horseracing. We also have other types of
competition horses. We range in breeds from Thoroughbred, Warmbloods, and
Quarter Horses. I am really trying to improve the breeding of Riata
Thoroughbreds and Quarter Horse racers.
Kuwan and
Sabaku Springs - paid February 1st - September 1st (15 horses)
Hello There! My name is Kuwan, and you will quickly realise one thing: I'm very
fond of rare breeds, and three of them, in particular: Akhal-Tekes, beautiful
desert horses of Turkmenistan, Marwaris, gorgeous warrior horses of India and
the Xilingols, riding horses of Mongolia, a sturdy 'mustang' type outstanding in
its western and endurance performances, and a mix of gorgeous bloods combined:
Russian Thoroughbred, Akhal-Teke, Sanhe, Chinese Mongolian, Kabarda and Don.
These are the breeds I plan to focus on in the future!

I have three goals in
mind for Riata. The first is to raise a small, yet high quality herd of Gypsy
Vanners, bred and trained for dressage and jumping. My second goal is
to establish Vanners as sporthorses. Few people are aware of the breed's
athletic ability, and it is a common misconception that Vanners only excel in
harness. Finally, I plan to promote the breed and encourage others to add a few
Vanners to their herds in order to boost the breed's popularity within the Riata
community.

I'm 23 years old and I have a 5yo son named Matthew and a 4yo
Friesian Sport Horse Mare named "Mystical Illusion." My main focus in this
game is going to be Friesians and Appaloosas. (Yes, a very weird
combination.) I will also focus on breeding the Friesian Sport Horse once
I get my breeding license. For everyone who remembers me, Hi! I'm
from MANE & REINS! I did play HOCK for a little while. I was sort of
an addict back then. Also, right now on the side, I am an equine
photographer! I look forward to playing this game, and I look forward to
getting to know each and every one of you.
